Sew Magazine
I have a lovely feature in this month's Sew magazine, titled 'My Sewing Room'. Sew magazine is a relatively new one, this is issue 3 and I have been very impressed with it so far. There is a pattern attached to the front of every issue. This month's is for a vintage tea dress and there is lots of vintage stuff inside too. I am definitely going to make the dress, from vintage fabric of course!

I haven't seen that magazine yet, i'll have to check it out. It's a lovely feature. I've just had a small article written about me in our local Roundabout Magazine, it's my first one so has all been a bit exciting. There's a link to it on my blog if you would like to take a look.

I love the dress pattern, but it only goes up to size 16. Do I get it and keep it in hopes, or get adventurous about sizing up....?
Can't decide. I'll have to get the book just to show my DH and say, "I know that lady" (in a way)
Lovely feature Donna. I'm going to make the dress several times over. My daughters will want one. We are slightly different sizes. I may be lazy and get several copies of the magazine so I have more patterns. It is one of those designs I think I will make again and again. From the comments on the magazines internet forum the patterns are sized a little small, so I will have to pay attention to the measurements.
