Day 4

I came back from shopping in Exeter yesterday to find that we have most of a ceiling! When you go in the bathroom now, which is just above, it doesn't bounce anymore and the floorboards don't creak. The beams underneath have been strengthened so that now there is no likelihood of the bath making an appearance in the living room.

See you back here later today for the big draw! Pin It

I have no shame. I'm not going for the sympathy vote, I am trying for all out cheating!!! ;O)

Perhaps you could write my name on a huge piece of paper in Lizzy's favourite colour? Make my name huge, not just 'Trac'

'Lady Euro-Trac of Shooters Hill, formerly of Harrow on the Hill, even though she is not that keen on hills and would prefer to be Lady Euro-Trac of somewhere warm and sunny in southern Spain really'

is actually my real name!

Good luck everyone!
(just not as good as mine obviously!?)

I am glad all this work which I am sure is costing and eye watering sum has removed your anxiety when you are lying in your bath relaxing and not worrying about crushing a child or two!!

I am really enjoying watching your reno! It sounds like great stuff is happening - especially when you consider the work being done to keep the bath out of the living room!!!

I encourage my Mr. to look at the speed of your renovations but he is strangly reluctant, nothing to do with the cracks in our sitting room ceiling I don't suppose. We have been watching them creep across the ceiling for 10 years no bath above though!!!
